Sorig cleansing incense Men-Chey

Tibetan incense Men-Chey is very suitable for soothing the mind and balancing the environment

This Himalayan incense recipe dates back to the seventh century, In Tibet,

Sorig’s cleansing incense Men-Chey is used in Tibetan monasteries in rituals, meditation practice, and for cleaning ritual objects.

 

Ingredients:

agate, nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), cardamom (Elettaria cardamom), bamboo (Bambusa textilis), safflower (Carthamus Tinctorius), Eugenia aromatica baill, black cardamom (Amomum Subutalum Roxb,), motherwort (Gentiana), Saxifraga Egregia Engl.

 

How to use:

Place the desired amount of incense on a heat-resistant base and light it with a lighter or a longer-burning long stick. Allow the incense to smoke on the base or move around the rooms to be cleaned or around objects and persons.

Attention! Observe fire safety precautions when burning incense. Caution! The powder is easily volatile. Be sure not to light the fire!
