We accept orders around the clock. When making a purchase, we only ask for the information necessary to complete the order. We treat personal information confidentially.
To place an order, select the item and add it to your cart. Follow the on-screen instructions. Confirm your order. The confirmation of the order will arrive to the e-mail you entered within a few seconds. Adding a product to your cart does not oblige you to buy yet.
PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA PROTECTION
The buyer must enter the following information to make a purchase at the online store:
– name and contact details (eg email address, contact phone number, etc.),
– data necessary for customer identification to log in (eg mobile number for using Mobile-ID, etc.);
– particulars needed to deliver the goods to the buyer (eg appropriate parcel terminal, delivery address, etc.);
– details of the payment (eg bank used by the buyer, etc.).
Payment for the purchase is made by bank transfer, credit card or by using Bank Links
If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund you all the money paid by you within the same 3 days. The goods are owned by the seller until the invoiced amount has been fully credited to our bank account.
The goods will be sent to the buyer no later than 3 working days after receiving the money in the account. We deliver the ordered goods to the OmnIva machine of your choice, to the post office or by courier to your address.
You can also pick up the goods yourself at our dealership in Rüütli 16 – 2, Pärnu.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHOPPING IN E-SHOP:
These terms and conditions of purchase at the e-shop apply to all persons (hereinafter the Customer) who order goods from the www.sorig.ee e-store.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Purchases are paid for by order / invoice, which will be sent to the customer immediately after placing the order.
The Purchase and Sales Contract (hereinafter the Contract) shall be deemed concluded if the order has been forwarded by the Customer and the order confirmation / invoice has been sent to the customer’s e-mail address.
The goods will be placed in the mail within 5 business days after the Client has paid the invoice and the payment has been received.
All the goods are delivered to the Customer at the location indicated by the Customer through the Omniva machine network or it is also possible for the Customer to pick up the goods themselves. The address of the place of delivery is 16-2 Rüüti Street, Pärnu. The shipping cost using Omniva is usually added to the cost of the item and can be seen at the cost of the cart.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product packaging must be opened carefully without damaging it and the goods must be returned in their original packaging. The goods must not have been used.
The money for the returned goods shall be credited to the Customer’s bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 working days after the goods have been returned to the seller. Shipping costs related to the return of the Goods shall be borne by the Customer.
In the event of cancellation of the contract, you must send a corresponding application to email@example.com. The application must state: the goods to be returned, the order number and the bank account number to which the money will be returned.
All products are warranted under the applicable law. The order / invoice is valid as a guarantee certificate.
