Cold and Flu tea Trulthang

According to Tibetan medicine, the Cold and Flu tea Trulthang helps relieve colds and the onset of flu, such as fever, chills, the onset of cough and runny nose, and so on.

Just as it is known in folk medicine that when a cold occurs, it is good to drink warming raspberry tea, take a bunch of stronger stuff, go to the sauna, and sweat a lot. All this in order to “bite” the onset of the disease

Cold and flu The properties of Trulthang are similar. The herbs in the tea mixture help to “bake” the onset of the disease quickly and the course of the disease is therefore easier



Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), Two-Flowered Raspberry (Rubus biflorus), Himalayan Scape Flower (Pegaeophyton scapiflorum), Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz)


How to use:

Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. You can leave a cup of tea in the cup while you drink. Drink 1-2 times a day. For a stronger effect, take two tea bags, open them and mix the contents with 1.5 teaspoons of water. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Drink and keep warm.
