Garlic

Allium sativum

Synonyms: smelly, or stinking rose

Taste and characteristics: sharp; warm

Function: soothes wind (stress) imbalances, relieves abdominal cramps, tumors, bacterial infections, lymphatic disorders, leprosy, asthma, and colds. Good at relieving the toxic properties of foods increases body temperature and heat of digestion; improves appetite, helps treat bacterial infections, wounds, leukoderma, diarrhea. In the case of very good insomnia.

Contraindications: may cause excessive body temperature and heat (triple) disorders, detrimental to sinusitis or sinusitis; burns the mucous membranes of the mouth and stomach.

Categorically prohibited when practicing meditation practices intensively. Closing channels makes you intoxicated and creates obstacles to the progress of meditation practices.
