Sorig Tea for Good Sleep Nyigug Sumthang

Discover a calming and balancing tea – an inspired solution from the wisdom of Tibetan medicine for insomnia, anxiety, and high blood pressure!

Are stress, excessive thoughts, or fatigue troubling your nights? We have created a tea based on centuries of Tibetan medical wisdom to help you find a unique balance and peaceful sleep.

Our tea alleviates insomnia, anxiety, and controls high blood pressure, bringing the necessary harmony into your days. According to Tibetan medicine, the cause of insomnia is an imbalance of wind (rLung), which can result from stress, overworking, and excessive thinking. The unique blend of this tea is designed to restore this balance.

Not only is the tea calming and relaxing, but it also has a mildly anti-inflammatory effect, helping to alleviate prolonged mental stress. We have carefully selected ingredients to offer you the best combination of Tibetan medical achievements.

Discover a tea that is more than just a beverage – it is a journey towards your well-being and peaceful sleep. Allow yourself to experience tranquility and balance – start the journey towards a healthier and more serene life with us!

How to use:

Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes to achieve a sufficient effect. Drink as needed. To achieve good results, use it daily for a longer period of time.

You will get the best result if you open the tea bag, sprinkle it in a pot and boil the mixture in 1.5 cups of water on low heat for about 10 minutes and drink it warm. You can add brown sugar or honey.

Attention!

If you are using any other medicine, leave at least 1 hour between taking the medicine and drinking tea.
