Sorig Horme stress therapy pads

Sorig Horme Stress Therapy Pads SORIG Zathi Dukpa with Sorig Horme Stress Therapy Oil and Sorig Oil Heater Mephor are used to warm stress relief points on the body. In Traditional Tibetan medicine, Horme anti-stress therapy has been practiced for more than two thousand years. The soothing and “heavy” properties of caraway and nutmeg in a Horme blend with heated Sorigi Horme Stress Therapy Oil are an effective way to balance rLung – wind (stress) disorders. Wind imbalances can manifest as symptoms such as anxiety, unreasonable sadness, insomnia, excessive restless thoughts, limb stiffness, vertigo, stiff neck and shoulders, hallucinations, tinnitus, and so on. Horme therapy is a simple and effective means of balancing wind energy to calm the mind and body.

How to use:

Pour some oil into the heater and wait until it is hot enough. Place the pad in the heated oil. Take it out, put it on the point. Hold on for a moment until you feel the heat. Repeat the procedure. Heat each point for five minutes or more. Make sure the oil is hot enough but definitely not scorching

Points:

In Horme therapy, five points are used – five wind gates. One in the middle of the head, two in the middle of the palms, two in the middle of the soles of the feet. After heating, gently massage the oil at the point into the skin. You can rub any problem areas on your body with warmed oil after therapy.
