How to deal with the digestive discomfort of the holiday rally?

Flatulence, indigestion, food intolerances, and allergies, hands and feet are often cold/cold, empty (not burning but full of air) belching – Padma Digestin (activates digestion and absorption capacity, reduces bloating, intolerances and allergies, speeds up metabolism, increases body performance and supports peripheral circulation.
How to use: 2 capsules in the morning before meals and/or heaviness after a meal with warm boiled water (maximum daily dose up to 6 capsules)
The food in the stomach seems to stand and under the ribs, the upper abdomen is swollen, heaviness after eating, especially after eating fatty, but also raw and cold food – Padma Galetonin (enhances bile secretion, makes you feel light after eating luxurious dishes)
How to use: 2 capsules in the morning with plenty of hot boiled water. Do not take more than 2 capsules a day.
